Exchange Policy

 Any item purchased through can be exchanged, subject to the conditions below:
* Non sales item can be exchanged within one month from date of purchase
* Discounted items can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase
* Items must have the tag attached
* Items should be exchanged with the same condition as purchased
* Jewelry, accessories, underwear, socks and swimwear cannot be exchanged
* We do not offer cashback
* Items can be exchanged for another item or for a credit voucher that can be used within one year.
